Why does delivery take a little longer?
Because most of our products come straight from our suppliers (sometimes international ones), shipping can take 7–15 days. The good part? You get unique products at better prices than offline stores.
What if I don’t like what I get?
No stress! If your product arrives damaged, defective, or way off from what you ordered, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! We know Indians love COD . It’s available on most products. For a few high-value items, we may ask for prepaid only.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer easy returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is inspected.
